About
Professional Experience
I help small and mid-sized businesses stay organized, supported, and moving forward (without added stress).
I’m Michelle McClure, a business operations and marketing consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting teams behind the scenes. Since 2004, I’ve helped businesses improve processes, support their people, and make day-to-day work feel more manageable - so owners and teams can focus on what they do best.
I’m known for bringing clarity to complex situations. I ask thoughtful questions, connect dots others miss, and create calm, practical solutions that actually get used.
I approach complex work calmly - not because it’s simple, but because I know how to carry complexity without passing stress on to others.

Outside of Work
I’m an Army brat and moved to Colorado in 2003. Colorado is home. Our families are here, and my husband Kelly and I have been based in Colorado while living and working remotely full-time since April 2021. We spend most of our time in the Rockies and travel regularly to Montana, where we also have family and strong ties.
While the scenery may change, my work rhythm does not. I’m reliably at my desk four days a week, every week, supporting small businesses with dependable marketing and operational systems that keep things moving.
Outside of work, we enjoy hiking, skiing, kayaking, and being part of the communities where we spend our time.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, reliable support and someone who takes the weight off your plate, I’d love to learn more about your business and see how I can help.
Using Technology for Good
Outside of my consulting work, I serve on the board for Computers in Ministry, a nonprofit whose mission is helping ministries use technology clearly and effectively. This aligns closely with the way I approach my own work.
They share a short weekly email called Tech Tip Tuesdays, offering practical, approachable tech insights for organizations and teams. If that sounds helpful, I encourage you to sign up.
